When a major chinese language textbook publisher approached WGBH with the idea of forming a partnership, this schematic was prepared to clarify how a new series of language learning videos could be integrated with existing web properties, an online community, a set of textbooks, distance learning courses, video contests and internships, and a television broadcast.
